Hills Septic and Portable Toilets

We recently worked with Sarah at Hills Septic to coordinate a grease trap pump out for our shop at FilterShine South Dakota, and she was fantastic to work with. From the first call to the day of service, Sarah was organized, responsive, and made the whole process easy. She got us scheduled quickly, followed up when she said she would, and her communication was top-notch. I have worked with Hills Septic on multiple occasions and have had a few that have had different dynamics and details to work through. Hills Septic was such an incredible resource in trying to navigate through different types of systems that was on a property and their condition. Fred and his team: Wes,Troy,Karissa,and Tessa are absolutely amazing!!! Not only do they do an exceptional job at Lazy Acre Campground in Piedmont SD but they also go above and beyond for all the campers and the staff at Kickstands Campground and Venue year round and especially during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally!! They service hundreds of RVs and campers along with all the porter potties for us daily and weekly!! They always show up with a smile, they never have a bad attitude or bad day and we/I am so incredibly thankful and grateful for them and how hard they work for us and for the amazing job they do for us!! I was having trouble getting a septic service to follow through and pump our campground tanks. When I called Hills Septic, I got Sarah and she was very personal and got us scheduled and had someone come to pump our tank very fast. The guy who came out to pump was also very helpful with answering some questions we had about our septic. I will be using them every time now!
