From sales through installation our experience was seamless and hassle-free. The estimate was the final price; no surprises. Dave and the guys found some side issues in our system we were unaware of, gave us options to deal with them and fixed them. Safety was always first. They took measures to ensure everything was done as cleanly as possible and picked up/swept after they were done. All of our questions and concerns were satisfactorily addressed. Great company!!! Owner even showed up. We had a brand new unit put in by another company and it never worked from the day it was installed that company insisted nothing was wrong. Called hilltech spoke to owner explained what happened they came out looked the system over and found multiple issues and had it fixed. They were very professional and reasonable pricing for all the work they had to do. Wish I would have found and went with them from the beginning.

Too busy..not a customer...then I called Hilltech! Talked to a lovely angel named Deb who told me she could help! Technician Chris showed up and fixed my issue with a smile and speed! We had 5 Mini-splits installed in our 1961 era home. Dave assessed the home cooling needs quickly and help us find very reasonable financing. The work was done in 1 1/2 days as predicted. The workers were courteous, careful with moving furniture and cleanup of the work area. We are delighted we can use the app to set up each room or Change settings over wifi. 10 year warranty from Bryant. Highly recommend them.

We had trouble with our 28 year old furnace during the first snow of the season. From the first call to Hilltech everyone was so helpful. Debbie sent guys over to diagnose the problem first thing, they pointed out a rotted/rusting flue that was unsafe, made sure we had carbon monoxide detectors for the night, and had a new furnace for us the next morning, fully installed by the next afternoon. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward.
