Cincinatti Ready Mix is a really great local company. They go above and beyond to take that extra step to insure that the job is done correctly and efficiently for the customer on a job by job basis. They care about the details and they care about the customers needs. They take their 40 years of experience in the concrete industry and use that knowledge to ensure every customer is happy with the finished product. I wish more companies cared about their customers the way that they do. I would recommend them to my friends and family for any product needs that they might have!😁

I ordered a mini mixer for a very small sidewalk pour with difficult access issues. When my concrete arrived, it was definitely not in a mini truck, and the driver agreed there was no way to get the big truck anywhere close to the pour. I called the main office to find out why the truck was incorrect, and I was met with a very sarcastic "manager" that was less than sympathetic to the situation. I was told that if I didn't like the product, I could send the truck back and wait a few days until the mini truck was available. With a crew of employees already on the clock, I was forced to wheel barrow 3 yards of concrete over 200 feet. The concrete itself was total crap. I've never seen so much aggregate mixed in to the Crete in my life. It was nearly impossible to finish and we has to abandon

I am NOT a concrete contractor. I am building a warehouse for myself 50' X 100' I called another local concrete supplier but I felt unimportant to them. Under a time crunch, I called Cincinnati Ready Mix. They told me they could supply what I needed. I messed up ordering what I needed extremely bad. I called Cincinnati Ready Mix and told them what happened. They helped get me out of a jamb. Two hours later I called them again. They got me out of a jamb a second time. They turned my disaster (that I created) into a happy customer.As a consumer and a business owner myself, I know customer service is almost a thing of the past. Not true with Cincinnati Ready Mix! Please tell your TEAM that I am very grateful for everyone that helped me out Saturday, August 8th 2020.

I wouldnt even give this company a star been in concrete for 10 years worst driver said it was heading our way 2 n a half hours later truck shows up with a hot load said he put 10 gallons in it comes out at a 3 slump how ridiculous is that company needs to step there game up or shut down b4 they go bank rupt

In case no one else notices two of the 4 ratings on the reviews are from the same family. Maybe employees or family of the company should stop rating themselves this company is horrible to work with.
