Hilton Atlanta iParkit Valet and Self-Park Garage

It's been a week since my stay and my charges still have not been refunded. They said that a case has been opened to investigate. I'm not sure what they're investigating when I have the $70 self parking charge on my hotel bill and my parking receipt where I paid with my debit card before I left my deck. Can I please just get my money back and you won't have to ever worry about me staying with you all again.

Overall the experience was excellent! They took great care of my car and were always speedy and courteous. The first time I went to get my car and head to a meeting, I left a little early because I didn't know how long it would take to get the car. Mike was lightning fast and got me out of the parking lot and on the road ahead of schedule! - Would definitely recommend!

Dated hotel, no pool, AC sounds like a three wheeled shopping cart, clunking all night. Two more nights here can’t wait to leave. Was charged $25 because I checked in before 4:00 housekeeping does great. More a 2 to 3 star hotel.

Guess I should of looked into the reviews before booking. Pay a few extra dollars a pick a better hotel. This place appears impressive but it's pretty mediocre. I arrived at midnight and had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. Smh. Can't blame the one guy checking ppl in. Parking is pretty pricey and the homelessness is serious. The room was outdated and i had to sleep with some weird noise coming from the wall next to the closet. Sounded like the air vents vibrating, great for keeping you up all night. First and last time I'm staying at this place.

Very nice hotel, variety of places to eat, rooms were nice but parking is a problem. Check in is at 4:00pm. At 2:00pm my friends called & said that they were already at the hotel and said the parking deck for the hotel was already full. We had to park at a nearby parking lot on the same street. It had a sign that it said it had a security guard on site but there wasn’t anyone there, never saw anyone! My son’s truck and about a dozen other nice vehicles were broken into and everything stolen. Will never stay downtown again in Atlanta! The cops told us it happens every other night downtown.
