Hilton Valet

As a hotel that apparently has issues in meeting quotas. Due to refusal of refunds and simply professionalism overall. Any gm would know to ensure the happiness especially of a diamond guest. I stay at Hilton properties for the convenience at my leisure and this hotel has definitely been on my list of hotels to NEVER go to again. Good luck if you ever have a change of plans or things come up. This hotel is so thirsty they don’t care.

We’ve never paid so much for parking. Do not park here, park at the church instead for a flat $15 rate. This place is a rip off.

Pre-paid for one month ($75, not $65 as advertised) immediately billed another $75 as if I didn't pre-pay. Two weeks later billed for two months even though I only parked there for two weeks. Don't be fooled.

Took us over 30 minutes to get out. At 11pm they had only one cashier out of 3. Horrible parking if you are going to a performance at the Arsht Center.

Parking good for the Adrienne arts center. Very slow process to pay for parking.
