Jim was awesome! He did a great job installing our thermostat, and he took his time explaining how everything worked. As a newer home owner, I really appreciated that Jim went out of his way to explain how everything worked with our HVAC system, and gave us recommendations for how to maintain and improve the systems. HIM Mechanical installed our HVAC and it was the best investment we made to our home. Our home was a difficult install due to its configuration, but HIM did an amazing job and has been maintaining it for us ever since. We have been a HIM customer for over 25 years both at our previous business and our family homes. They have maintained, repaired and on occasion replaced, our a/c and heating units and I would consider them one of our premier vendors. I have been using HIM to service my heating and air conditioning systems since 2004 and cannot say enough about the responsiveness and quality of the services provided. Jim has been our HVAC tech for this entire time and he is the absolute best in my book! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough and with annual maintenance, he was able to extend the life of a Goodman AC unit for close to 30 years - I think that says it all!
