We needed a lot of plumbing done in our house and we had the pleasure of working with Hinchion. My husband and I are so pleased with the finished product. Whenever I left a message for Mike, he returned my call within an hour, and worked around my schedule to fit us in. His team worked tirelessly to get each job done, and their work is exceptional! Recently we noticed a small water mark on the ceiling below where our toilet had been newly installed in the bathroom above. I contacted Mike and he got back to me immediately to schedule a next day appointment. His brother John came exactly at the scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (small leak due to wax seal issue). John also made sure to flush multiple times after fixing the issue to ensure the work was done thoroughly and correctly. Whereas I was working, John stayed and explained the full situation to my wife in a clear manner that was easy for us to understand. Afterwards Mike called me directly to relay additional information and tips/recommendations for fixing the water mark once dry. Price was definitely reasonable and we would absolutely go to
