It was a great experience from start to finish! The office personnel were very friendly, they got us scheduled right away for an inspection, George came out, he was very friendly, super professional, he listened to us and was able to get us the most affordable price for a new roof. He worked very fast and efficient on getting us scheduled and what to expect as far as materials being delivered and when the crew would be out here to install our roof. The crew was here on time and worked non stop. They got our roof done in the time they said they would be done, they did an excellent job installing the roof and ensuring everything was completely cleaned up before leaving. Jorge Hernandez was my POC from Hiner. From the get go we appreciated this company. We had a few hiccups due to insurance shenanigans buuuuut, they were super understanding and accommodating. Finally, after the shenanigans (lol) we scheduled our new roof service, new roof day came, the team arrived early and voilà!! They were done by noon!! Cleaned up and all!! Jorge came back out after the job was done to double check there wasnt any debris that was overlooked. I want to say thank you to the roofing team and Jorge and Lynn. You guys deserve steak dinners!!
