Erico has provided excellent service. Was able to determine the issues which were a rogue thermostat and a bad plug while the furnace was okay, and on good shape. We had never cleaned our duct work and his team did a great job while respecting our house and creating no mess. Recommend over some of the more corporate companies, one of which was not able to determine the issues!

I was having trouble with my heat and wasn’t able to get the company that did the installation to come. I decided to call Erico, I met him a while ago and he gave me his card. I’m very happy I did! He answered the call immediately and came out as soon as he could. It was during 20 degree weather so you can imagine how busy he was. A few hours after he left he texted to see if everything was good. Very impressed with the Hintze HVAC!

Erik Hintze is great. He does both our A/C and furnace tuneups. He's reliable, shows up, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommnded.

We hired Hintze HVAC, Inc. about two years ago to install a new, 2-zone HVAC system in our new edition. It worked for about 18 months then one zone failed. After numerous calls he came, put in a new thermostat and charged us for it. That one only worked for two months now he claims that he is too small and too busy to fix his work. He won’t return my calls, schedule a time or stand behind his work so half of our system has been down for a month now and I have to find another HVAC firm. Erico is a nice man but he is short staffed and his work continues to fail. Choose your HVAC firm carefully.
