I have known Alex for a few years now and He always did a great job in repairing any appliances. I have high end clients and they are very happy with the service He provides. He is honest, prompt and always professional in handling the business.

I definitely made the right decision when I called Alex at HIQFIX out of the many recommended companies to choose from to check out my dryer. He was friendly and professional on the telephone and set an appointment that was convenient for my schedule, which he confirmed the day before. Alex kept his word and called to let me know that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem after listening to my concerns and checking out the dryer itself. I was pleased that he could do the work that was needed the same day. Alex was patient and knowledgeable as he corrected the problem. I also thought there might be an issue with my refrigerator, which he cheerfully agreed to look at, even though I hadn't mentioned this during our phone call. Alex, from HIQFIX, came to repair my refrigerator. He spent a great deal of time and effort trying to fix the issue. I called and texted him multiple times (over the weekend) and he always got back to me promptly. Unfortunately, within a few days it became clear that the repair wasn’t successful. Alex was completely honest and upfront and explained that the refrigerator had an extensive problem that ultimately could not be repaired. The only option was to replace the unit. After seeing him work so hard to attempt to repair the issue, I knew there was no alternative. Alex was professional, hardworking, and transparent throughout the entire process. While the refrigerator ultimately couldn’t be repaired, I truly appreciated his dedication and effort. I would highly recommend Alex
