Hirschberg Mechanical

This review is a month late, but I just want to thank Hirschberg for a good service to my furnace. The two staffs (James and I forgot the name of the other person- sorry) that came were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The first person was able to explain to me their HVAC maintenance plan and I signed up for it. They were able to answer all my questions and James was able to adjust my furnace to the right setting for my house. Thank you again!

Hirschberg offers amazing service and we were 100% satisfied. Another HVAC contractor had told us that the next time our furnace quit we needed to buy a new one (it had gone out 3 times and the previous contractor restarted it each time but weren't sure why it started again). Hirschberg sent James and he found the actual problem, ordered the part, and was safely able to reignite the furnace to that we would have heat until they could make the full repair. What else--they explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. We live in West Norriton so they do work outside the immediate Philly area.

We had Hirschberg install a new home heater last year. Later on, a service person, Jake, came out to check everything again before winter. Today, we had Jack come out to put new valves in behind our bathtub. Everyone there does a great job, and they are very professional.... so glad we used them!

Anthony and James were knowledgeable and so nice and even funny. After waking up to a significant flood in my basement and water pouring out of the water tank, I appreciated the timeliness of their coming to my house and the their confidence that they could handle it. 😊 They obviously knew what they were doing and did a great job; they are definitely an asset to your company! Thank you so much❣️

Ethan was right on time and very professional. Ethan explained what he was doing step by step, explained what was wrong with our boiler and suggested alternatives for both immediate and longer term solutions. Ethan was very polite and respectful. We were extremely happy with Ethan's service today and we have signed up for Hirschberg's annual HVAC maintenance plan. We are glad to have found reliable HVAC service and look forward to doing business with Ethan and Hirschberg from now on.
