His and Her Handyman Service

Nice guy (no her), will do pretty work, and does everything. Just not well. Dan replaced our kitchen floor among other work. There were immediate problems with the floor. Dan returned twice for less than 10 minutes each time and did little but promised to return and repair his work. He repeated that several times over the last 2 years until we finally had to have someone else replace the floor. They were appalled. I have photos of the dangerous conditions the floor developed with sharp exposed corners, sags, and different heights of neighboring boards. Everyone has bad days, no one does great work all the time. The measure of a person is whether they stand behind their work. He failed. That was our experience with His and Hers in Horry county.

INCOMPLETE JOB Started off great, they were dependable they redid the floor in the kitchen and then they did not put the tile down that he ask me to purchase for the floor and then they said someone was sick and then many many excuses later, they stop returning my husband phone calls and left the floor undone. This is the kind of service that you cannot depend on. I really recommend no one use this service. This is very bad Customer service. If you do not want to continue the service for a customer at least complete the job and notify them that you will no longer do any further business. They call themselves Godly people, it seems like anytime people start selling you how much they love God they end up being the worst human beings you can imagine.

Set a meeting for 11:00 in Mullins today. Did not show up or contact me about canceling. I cannot get them on the phone and when my wife called they answered and then hung up. Extremely unprofessional.

Top notch quality work , completed in a timely manner. And the owner was an extremely pleasant professional that was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend their service to anyone and they have my business for all future projects

Can I give 6 stars? They were absolutely wonderful. As someone who works in real estate and is constantly in contact with different handyman services, Kirra is the best that I have met in years!!!!
