Clean, safe parking location, co-located with the Visitor Center and central to the historic districts and fort $20 per day ($5 after 5pm). Free bus service touring the City center - leaves every 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Pretty centrally located parking structure and convenient for getting around the area. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit expensive, around $20 just to park. Honestly, you might be better off spending that same $20 at a nearby attraction like Ripley’s and parking there while you explore. Overall it’s a decent option if you need something central, just expect to pay a little extra for the convenience.

The most convenient place to park in downtown St. Augustine. $20 per entry during the day and only $5.00 after 5:00 PM. Nice clean restrooms next door at the Visitors Information Center. There is an also a wonderful playground called Project Swing next to the Downtown parking facility. They keep the garage clean and the staff is very helpful. Lots to explore once you get parked. Parking is free for Veterans and also those with a mobility placard.

Quick easy parking. Cost 20 bucks. Tons of parking. Very easy and close to downtown. There's probably a couple spots that are cheaper but good luck You're going to drive around forever. When it's not tourist season I'll go look for those spots. But during tour season just head straight to this place. Don't waste your day driving around

You should set your destination to this parking garage if you are visiting the breathtakingly beautiful city of St. Augustine for the first time. This parking garage is clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced (some will argue it’s very expensive) at $20 for all day parking. And if you are lucky, you will be greeted with an orchestra performing carols as you exit the parking garage toward the downtown. However, you may want to reconsider parking at this garage during peak holidays. Entering the lot will easily take 45+ minutes. And the most agonizing part : exiting the lot will test your patience. It took me nearly 45 minutes to exiting the lot on 12/30 evening. If there was one employee directing the traffic INSIDE THE GARAGE, then this agony could have been significantly reduce
