We were needing a new you and had contacted Hitchcock Roofing. They came right away and looked at our roof. They gave us a quote which was very fair and in our budget. We were very pleased with the workmanship and how seamless the whole process was.

Horrible experience. We own an office in a medical building. Hitchcock was hired to put on a new roof. As they were putting on the new roof heavy rains were predicted. Hitchcock failed to tarp the roof properly which resulted in a flood in our office. Hitchcock refused to address the issue as water was pouring in. We had to hire a restoration company to come in. The repairs amounted to over $6,000.00. It turned out that Hitchcock was not fully insured to put on our type of roof which is a flat roof. We found this out after the flood. This happened in June and Hitchcock has not reimbursed us for the damage that he caused. Not only has he not reimbursed us but he will not return any of our phone calls, texts or emails. Ted Hitchcock is a remarkable communicator, contractor and highly skilled at internal and exterior transformations. Ted has turned our beach home from an Oh No to Oh WOW. We (and our neighbors) are thrilled. We began with a roof, gutters and skylight installation and quickly moved to picture windows, pale grey shingles, white window frames, new entrance to bring our beloved bungalow back. We’re now tackling old paneling, new sheetrock bedrooms and family room. New walk in shower, and upgrades throughout.
