Jeff was great at both homes he inspected for me. I feel as though I was able to make a 100% informed decision when moving forward with my house. His report was incredibly detailed, and I love that he added pictures to clarify the issues he addressed. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to inspect your home than HK Inspections!

Quintessential on every level. In addition to his professional expertise, Jeff’s written reports are thorough, detailed with excellent photographs that support his observations . His written report was back to us in less than 24 hours. Jeff is efficient in both his work and reliable in keeping his appointment ON TIME. Before and after his inspection, Jeff took time to address concerns in a friendly manner to let his us know that he genuinely cares, rather than just in and out for the money. And his rates are unbelievably reasonable. My only regret is that we did not have Jeff Kresta inspect our home prior to purchasing it!

This is my first time buying a home. So its fare to say I have no idea about what I'm doing. I knew i needed to get the property inspected, but was clueless on who to use.
