H&Ms Appliances Repair

BE CAREFUL….The technician came to my home last week 5-15-2025 to fix the refrigerator and scratched my brand new wood floors. I called and texted it with one of managers and I am getting the runaround. I am now worried that this company is not insured. Terrible experience and not professional at all. I will definitely make sure my floor is restored.

Henry Kinte replaced the compressor in our refrigerator. After 24 hours the repair seems to be successful. However, he left our kitchen in a mess. There were tiny dark oil spots ALL over the kitchen. I think the machine he was using spewed a fine spray of oil all over the room. We spent 2 hours cleaning up!!

My experience with Henry was fantastic! He serviced my fridge, range oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. He educated me on what he was doing while doing the work. This job required multiple trips because parts had to be ordered, but the experience each time was great. He was professional and he provided great customer service. Thank you Henry!!

My experience with Henry Kente was nothing shy of stellar. Henry came at the scheduled time and had to work within my narrow time constraints to ensure that he came back with the required parts to complete the job the same day. Truly the consummate professional he explained everything patiently and was pleasant, courteous and honest. As a landlord with multiple properties, I will be sure to request Henry for any appliance repair.

I had an emergency repair on a stove for one of my tenants right before the holiday. H&M was super responsive and I had an appointment for the next morning. They ended up needing a part and were able to get the part that day and have the stove fixed the next morning so the tenants could entertain their guests. Will use them again!
