Showed up with faulty parts twice. Tryied to blame on third parties. And waiting at least one week in between visits. We have been without a fryer for almost a month now, and unfortunately we are stock with them because of warranty.

Our manager has been emailing and calling for weeks. I called Friday, Saturday, Sunday and yesterday. And each day, your representative said someone will come. It was based off of an "Emergency Work Order." Friday I waited from 6pm-midnight. Monday you said you'd come, and no one came. Our machine is leaking and preventing us from working. What is going on? I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel that my experience must be voiced to help others avoid the same experience. Very dissatisfied with working with Hobart. 1. The whole repair of the dishwasher cost us $2000 to fix, which is half of what it cost to get it brand new a year ago. 2. They sent a new technician to take a look at our machine and it aggravated the problem even worse. We didn't have any issues of overflowing until after the technician came. 3. They never told me that I needed to approve a quote via email and never sent any follow up until I called them and they told me that I had to write an email back to approve the quote (even though they had already come for the first visit prior to me approving anything) 4. Horrible service. Keep saying they’re coming to replace part, never show up.

Very disappointed with this service. We have been with them for a year now. Every time we have a problem that needs to be fixed it's a real ordeal awaiting. Customer service is terrible, they always try to send a technician outside the hours of business ( we are a restaurant ). 90% of the time the communication between their office and technicians is at best mediocre. It happened maybe 5 times that they send a technician in the morning even tough we specified on the phone the day before that we are not open before 2:30pm. And until today the problem is not fixed. We had 4 different technicians coming and every time its the same scenario : the guy show up ( at the specified hours if wére lucky) then assess the problem and says he has to order the piece and come back ( its been months now )
