SCAM !!!!!! Do not! I repeat DO NOT use this company. Especially if you are trying to do a warranty call. I was trying to do a warranty call.They told me they needed a credit card on file but they would not charge it. Then came to the restaurant i manage Without talking to me or clarifying what they were doing.Fixed the fryer and charged my card six hundred and eighteen dollars. Then told me my warranty was no longer good I sent them a receipt for The fryer and also a certificate of occupancy to show them that my warranty was still good. No response from anybody but a dispatcher. Jermiah snapps is supposed to be the one responding to me i was told. do not ever use this company. They were the best game in the business now. The worst for service. 6 months for a service call. Then they tell me they can't service my equipment. My serial number doesn't exist and there's nobody I can talk to for a Pelican attachment repair on a 60 q mixer Probably the biggest item I've ever sold.

Scam company!!! I told exactly what is the issue with my mixer by phone. They could made their estimate by phone or via email, but they wanted my money. Jordan convinced me that when technician comes he will have oils and different parts with him in a car. He didn’t have any oils with him or parts. So, when technician came he told us he cannot be in the room where are different scents. I told him we use in our manufacturing process fragrance and essential oils. He spent with the mixer 3 minutes. He told me he cannot stand scents anymore and that he wants to sit in the office and work on his computer. He spent 3 minutes with the mixer and 10 minutes on his computer to give me an estimate. Travel charges raised to $173, they claimed $142 and never told me there is zoning for travel charges.

I've been going to this Miami store since aprox 2001. I buy and order parts for my customers, Including Arby's and other restaurants and bakeries. Never had any problems ordering or getting my parts, except most times I have to keep calling and even leave messages to get through on the phone. My complaint is that since 2016 a manager there who quit her Arby's job and started working for your company a year or two earlier has made getting and ordering parts very difficult. I've even gotten to the point where I have been recommending some of my customers to buy Globe instead. Her and I had a falling out after an incident involving me trying to get paid by one of her employees who asked me to repair his air conditioner at his house.
