Hobart Service

Great experience. Called about a dishwasher under warranty. Tech took a few days to come out but was very professional, ordered the part and came back in once part arrived and fixed the dishwasher for free under warranty at no cost. I had to put in a credit application to be prioritized over COD calls which didn't make sense but other than that, great experience.

This has been the worst experience trying to make a service call with HOBART! I would never recommend calling them for service even if it's a COD, for which they took the credit card to even accept a request for the service call. I called for the update or ETA 72 hours later and Lol they said, "60 days out". I guess its time to replace the Hobart equipment for lack of service. Response time 60 days and you still gave me your general phone number to look for the service manager. would I have to reach Hobart corp for assistance?

This company has the most unprofessional customer service representatives. I've spoke to three different reps in the last 12 hours and none of them have the same information, they aren't helpful either.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! COMPLETE RIPOFF!! I reached out to them multiple times to schedule service before I finally got a response. Rarely do they answer the phone. Technician shows up to troubleshoot and charges several hundred dollars for the service call, he did nothing! Said he would provide an estimate for repairs, but likely less expensive to replace the unit. Months later I still have no estimate and have called (no answer) and emailed many, many times with no response whatsoever. Don't waste your time!

If someone will had ask me a few years ago about Hobart service I would give them a very good review. But today I have nothing good to said about this company l call for service on July 27 and they come to my store in a few days the Tecnician said that I needed some part and that I had to give them a deposit so that they can order the part, so I did But the Tecnician never came back to fix my slicers, I call every few days and they always gave me an excuse so many that they even mentioned part that my slicers don’t even have. I end up calling another company and they come and fix my slicers machine in three days. So basically they ripped me off very bad service.
