Hobby Center Parking (Sovereign Services)

DO NOT trust Sovereign Services Valet with your vehicle. On November 18th, my daughter’s PARKED car was hit by their own valet. Manager Ronald Stahley saw it happen, sent the employee home, and only told her afterward—while telling her NOT to call the police. Instead of taking responsibility, Ronald: • Tried to bully her into paying out of pocket • Refused to give insurance info • Hid the incident from the PAYING valet customer whose car was also involved • Reviewed the video himself but refused to file a report • Tried to force her to meet off-site • Cornered and intimidated her at work • Blamed HER for parking in a spot she uses daily with permission And the company’s excuse? They refuse to cover the damage because she is an employee. Her car was hit by THEIR worker, on THEIR clock, in T

Cars pak however they want, wherever they want, absolutely chaos. Trash is everywhere on the ground, trach cans are overspill every day, yellowjecket are nesting on the concrete ceiling cracks, ants are running to the cars, and exit/entrance gates malfunction most of time.

Very nice venue. Very organized. Parking and leaving the venue was relatively easy and the prices were fair. We enjoyed seeing the Outsiders and will definitely return

Getting out takes forever because they prioritize valet.

Always have attendants on show nights. They accept cash and cards. Price is reasonable for downtown. There are stairs and multiple elevators.
