I am writing to report a serious safety incident that occurred this evening. I was exiting a school bus that had stopped with its amber lights activated and the stop sign extended. While the bus was fully stopped, an employee driving a white pickup truck proceeded to go around the bus, nearly striking me as I crossed. When I addressed the driver and asked whether he stops for school buses, he responded with a dismissive hand gesture indicating I was “talking too much,” rather than acknowledging the danger of the situation. This behavior was unsafe, unprofessional, and could have resulted in severe injury. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed to prevent future harm.

The worst! Renovation work takes forever. They employ folks literally off the street who have no clue about construction work or any other kind of work.
