Parked on Saturday, March 1. Can’t pick up my car until Monday March 3. No one on-site mentioned this, your website hours are inaccurate, and no one’s responding. Terrible service, don’t ever use this garage. Edit: Your website and Google information say closed on Saturday. Also the attendant did not mention you'd be closing an hour earlier on Saturday (8 pm instead of 9 pm). I picked my car up this morning and paid a total of $62. Also no one has still responded to my call.
Terrible parking garage. Same story as everyone else. They shut the gates at 7:00 PM—with my car still inside. We were left stranded as tourists with small children in a really bad situation because of this. Stay far, far away from this place.
Not sure what it cost but it was close to the path and Carlos ' Bakery!
Terrible literally closed with my cat in it without telling my they close at a certain time and I should be back or they will be closed.
Change the hours you guys placed on google You guys closed at 8pm, not 3 am.
