Hoboken III Parking

They charged me for additional 4 hours because I was 5 minutes past of my parking time. The reason it passed 5 minutes: because the parking attendant was not in the booth for some extended time. I think it was intentional to charge people more. That additional 4 hours was actually past their closing time at 9 pm. But they charged me anyway.

Reserved a spot on Spothero, just for them to tell me they don’t associate with them and turn me away cause the garage was full, ended up going a block over to a place where the customer service weren’t a bunch of _____. There is a reason this spot is so cheap… don’t go here

Do not park here. Literally the worse parking experience of my life. Staff are not helpful and incorrect information was given.

They broke my car’s muffler. Don’t go here.
