don’t even bother unless you’re looking for a quick solution to make a key or buy something very basic. They have a beautiful display of door knobs and nothing in stock, it takes weeks and in some cases months, communication with some of these manufactures takes a week, etc. Sales person said everything is “too expensive”. He obviously lost a sale.

After three months of close to daily calls, trying to get the front doors to my new building with locks keyed the same, I end up with holes in my doors that I can’t cover, and additional costs close to $3,000 to repair and finish the work done. The employees that I’ve enjoyed working with over the past decade have all left. It seems like they have more work than they can handle, and their quality has dropped to truly unacceptable levels. It’s a shame. They were a favorite of mine in Hudson County for a decade.

They are efficient and do excellent work. They recently repaired a tabernacle for my Pastor. It needed some major repair and they were able accomplish the task within a reasonable space of time.

TLDR: Go elsewhere for your knife sharpening needs. Dropped my Benchmade Pocket knife off on Monday. The gentleman who appeared to run the show looked at it said he would have it done by COB Tuesday. I’m a bit confused why he didn’t just knock it out right then and there as it would have taken 2 mins tops and I was the only customer. Pop in Wednesday, and the woman working couldn’t say if it had been sharpened or not. I felt it and confirmed it hadn’t been sharpened. Come back Friday and they hand me the knife with the service slip and said sorry it hasn’t been sharpened yet as if to say sorry about it but we’re done with this. I asked if it was going to be sharpened or what the deal was? And they just replied, “I don’t know” so I obviously left with my unsharpened knife. It’s unf
