Unpredictable, sometimes it's full sometimes it's not. Also, the elevator doesn't work like 80% of the time I have been there. You will Walk up and down many many steps if the elevator is out so don't park too high. This location isn't far from the train station and one of the best views of NYC you will Ever experience.

So there’s one black lady. She mostly sits during an evening time. I have parked in this site from last two days. The first day I parked, i went on to ask whether they accept Cash as a payment. She started making angry expressions upon me, as if I have done something wrong just for asking a question. She showed me the machine, i checked it and said OK, another thing i see she is giving me tough expressions again. Another day same story, I paid for my ticket but this time without engaging with her or doing any interaction with her, but now even after paying for ticket, the gate barrier wont open up. I was so afraid of asking her, that i kept doing something by myself. She came towards me, took my ticket and knew well that its already been paid, and its just a glitch that barrier is not comi

Love that it’s 24 hours! Staff are friendly and nice. The first two floors don’t have a lot of spots for the public. They are reserved for police, handicapped and electric vehicles. (Which is fine). Bathrooms could be cleaner, but it’s a public bathroom so can’t really get mad.

My first and last time ever parking here. Absolutely scammy practices. Paid my ticket for parking, walked up to level three to get my car and exit. By the time I drove down to exit (10 mins), they wouldnt let me exit because “i didnt leave in time” and charged me and extra $8. Mind you, I already paid $20 for the day. The attendant was no help, wouldnt budge from her chair, wouldnt waive the nonsense fee, she barely even acknowledged me. She just said I have to come back the next day to speak with her manager.. stay away from this place forreal
