Hockman Design Studio

We hired Grant Hockman of Hockman Design Studio to finish a kitchen remodel for $6,400 in labor plus about $600 for materials. The labor cost felt high, but we were told it covered two people (Grant and his partner) working full days from 8:30–4:00 and finishing everything in 4–5 days. We agreed to move forward and paid a $3,500 deposit on October 22. Grant confirmed by text that he and his partner would start Monday, but his partner never came — and the price stayed the same. Scope of work: finishing counter legs, installing two cabinet panels, faucet and disposal install, trim around the sink, lighting, crown molding, window carpentry, hood build, gas line, and dishwasher hookups. Grant and his crew did a great job updating our old worn out deck. New flooring, privacy wall and steps. Started project when he said he would, finished the job in no time. Left area totally clean! Thanks Grant

Nothing negative to say. They answered my request for service fast, showed up for a quote fast and built it fast. The cost was lower than what some others had quoted and communication was great. They have different options of payment and I know that’s a plus for most people. Thanks again guys!

I hired Hockman Design Studio a second time for a couple projects and there truly isn’t anything they can’t do! Grant was prompt, paid attention to detail, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The final result was excellent and he’ll be my go-to for any other needs! Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely awesome experience. My son had some work done and recommended the company. We submitted a quote request with some photos through their website and had an immediate response- quote and schedule availability. The work was quick, very professional and he went above & beyond with clean-up. Highly recommend!!!
