One being most recently I was in a total panic with a sump pump issue and my basement could have easily flooded. Josh and Keith came out to locate plumbing leaks hidden above a drywall ceiling in a basement garage. They fully explained why the leaks were occurring and remedies for each. Hofmann was able to send two plumbers the day after I called for a couple of non-urgent fixes. They showed up in the window they projected, gave me a call when they were on their way, and did a really great job. They fixed the two issues I called about and also found another problem that would have caused us a lot of grief in the long run, though it didn’t generate a ton of extra money on their end. They took their time, were super thorough, and very friendly. They gave us a fair estimate which was close to the final charge and made sure we understood what they were doing and how we could deal with any future problems that came up. Side note - they cleaned up after themselves immaculately. First time customers and we will absolutely be calling them in future!

Installed a brand new stack in an 1896 home. They fed it from the 3rd floor attic and tied into the main in the basement. Great concrete work, too. They kept things clean and paid nice attention to detail. Pete’s team also ran the plumbing for the new bath, and in a pinch, he even installed a shower door and surround very last minute when another contractor was unable to. We would trust them to return to our home!
