Hogan Homes

We hired Hogan Homes to renovate our lake home. It was not an ordinary renovation, inasmuch as the whole house had to be lifted three courses, install a staircase, reconnect all the plumbing and electric (that had also been severed as the house was lifted), create two new bedrooms, family room and bathroom…and make the whole house look like it was originally built that way. Not an easy task. Oh…and he did it through the beginning throes of Covid. Ben was amazing to work with. Confident, honest, fair and trustworthy. All the attributes you’d want when selecting a contractor. I would not only recommend Hogan Homes, but I would use them again without hesitancy. —Peter B.

A great builder! Hogan Homes, Ben Hogan, and his team are fantastic. We came to them a few years ago with an idea for a house but no real plan. Ben executed our ideas perfectly and was one of the few builders willing to incorporate some salvaged pieces we had collected into our new build. Other area builders we talked to about this were reluctant to do so but Ben was enthusiastic about adding "character" to our home with his design and our salvaged materials including vintage columns, fireplace surrounds and mantels, and antique doors. Today you see this done on DIY TV shows all the time, but 7 years ago Hogan Homes was the ONLY local builder we talked to who had even heard of doing something like this, and who was not just willing but HAPPY to make these pieces part of our beautiful ho

The photo above was our family home. Several adverse conditions that were not expected with a new home. Trying to get the builder back to correct was IMPOSSIBLE.
