Holbrook Asphalt

We had Holbrook do our asphalt parking lot at our business Metcalf Mortuary. We experienced some issues with it, so we called. The staff from the secretary on the phone to those who came out inspected the parking lot have been absolutely exceptional. They promote that they gurantee their work, and that’s exactly what they do. They set a time, and completely re-did the parking lot, lines and all. This company i stands by their product and word. We've worked with Holbrook for many, many years. We've bid them out and compared products to those of other vendors. Honestly, not only has Holbrook outperformed other contractors, their products and services tend to last longer than their estimated useful lives. Their HA5 sealing product is by far the best we have used. To be conservative, we save and plan on sealing with HA5 every six years, but our experience is that we get 7-10 years of life between applications. We are in the desert southwest. We typically have freezing temps from Thanksgiving through January, and many days in the summer that are 110+. Our climate wreaks havoc on city streets that are not maintained to our standard. And, what's more, the value is there! Long-term cost is significantly less than working on our streets

I've done several asphalt projects over the hears and Holbrook Asphalt definitely knocked it out of the park for myself and the board of directors I report to. The roads look sharp, the crew was on time and they busted their butts to keep on schedule. They were quick to approve change orders we sent, and easy to work with. The residents are thoroughly happy with how the process went with our R&R and sealcoat job. Thank you Justin, Lisa, and Beau for everything!

Holbrook has been the best asphalt company that I have used. They are very knowledgeable and when I need them to go and look at a community, they are back to me quick with their recommendation. They have always proven to be very honest and will tell me straight up if a community needs to do anything this year or if they can wait another year. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for work done on your parking lots or roads. Very professional.
