Purchase one of their ATU septic systems and the contractor Mike Taylor that install it never use rubber gasket in the tank I hope no one ever hired this guy for any work and never got inspected by Holbrook’s they don’t care about their product once it’s out the door had to clean the aerator filter my self

READ THIS BEFORE HIRING HOLBROOKS - Until recently, I hired Holbrooks to service my aerobic septic system. They sent me at least one service statement claiming that they inspected/serviced my system. However, I later learned the service was not conducted and the neglect to my equipment caused equipment failure requiring expensive repairs. It’s likely there were other incidents of forged service statements, but only one I can prove (for now). When given the opportunity, Holbrooks refused to take responsibility and told me no one would be available to make the repairs for about one month. As I’m sure the reader will agree, that is a long time to wait for a septics system repair… If you are considering using Holbrooks, please consider my experience before you have a similar story to tell. Got a 1500 gallon tank from them, the one apartment of the tank was not sealed no baffles In the first two apartments and The only baffles that was in the tank was on the outlet side and it was installed crooked You need baffles in the tank so toilet paper And salads does not transfer into the next apartment they do not have the options of plastic risers in bedded into the tanks just concrete very outdated this is the 21st-century should have the option of plastic adapters inserted in the concrete tanks and very expensive I buy things all the time first one from Holbrook. Just because the dealer I usually get my tanks from did not want to travel that far into New York so I had to go with Holbrook and worst mistake is now costing me more time in the long run, did call them back about the

If I could give them a negative star I would. They came out the day before our original drop off and then charged us another $125 to bring it back the next day. Their miscommunication. The delivery driver came to drop it off and DIDN'T help us make sure it was level and he was rude and rushing. We had to make a small adjustment to the placement and because he had to lift it (not unhooked from the truck yet) and move it an INCH, the company charged us ANOTHER $124!!! Then pretty much dropped and GONE! I would not recommend this company. Or atleast this driver. Ugh. Such a bad experience.
