Garrett, the owner of Hole in the Wall was very thorough and accommodating, explaining everything along the way. I was pleasantly surprised his team does work all the way in Munster. I got 3 quotes and Hole in the Wall had the best price by far. Before deciding, I checked out the egress window of one of his previous customers installed 5 years ago, and he was very happy with the work, has had no issues, and it looked great! The team even moved a good amount of the excavated dirt to my garden area. They even protected the lawn with plywood so their equipment wouldn’t tear it up. My husband, a retired construction superintendent, who has actually install one of these himself in his younger days was very impressed.

Hole In The Wall Egress is a great business. No pressure, not worries, just a great job WELL completed. I priced out the job through a few other companies. They were all overpriced. One company did not know where to start. One phone call to Garrett and sending a few photos, and Garrett gave me two dates. Micheal and Marshall showed up, started right in on the project. 2 guys, that's all it took. These two gentlemen are class acts! Very respectful of my property and family. They completed the job in one day. Cleaned up after themselves and I never had a worry. Their attention to the waterproofing/sealing was what really impressed me. We had an excellent experience with Hole in the Wall Egress Window Installation. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were respectful of our home and left both the inside and outside areas spotless when the job was complete. Truly top-notch service — five stars, highly, highly recommend!

The installation of the windows was great. The guys were professional and hard working. However, not impressed with the way the area they worked in was left. Visible window wells are uneven. A sprinkler head was also snapped off which prevents us from simply reattaching as he said. I understood that was a possibility. Wish they left the area they worked in close to how they found it! Hole In The Wall Egress owner called back. Worker came out several days later and moved the rocks from under bushes and added more stones. Looks better.

Attended the lawn and garden show at the Indiana state fairgrounds specifically to talk with vendors about egress windows. Had followup visits from several vendors to provide estimates and selected Hole in the Wall as the best choice. It was clear that they had the experience and expertise to do the job at a competitive price. Garret, Mike, and Eric were excellent to work with. Job completed in one day with minimal cleanup required in our finished basement area where we installed the new window. They installed the window and completed outside trim. I chose to do the inside trim myself. Very happy with the new window.
