Furnace went out overnight on December 30 - leaving temperature in the house dropping into 50’s 🥶 Kevin rearranged his schedule on the holiday week to immediately come to our house first thing that morning Kevin efficiently diagnosed the issue as a broken electronic control board - he located the necessary part locally at his supplier - drove there to pick up the new part for the repair - returned to install the new control board “brain” and got our furnace up and running within a very short timeframe Kevin RESCUED us! Knows boilers. Diagnosed and fixed so much faster than plumbers that just don’t have the know how to fix the problem. Love my plumber but use Kevin of you have a boiler problem.
