Holiday Pools

Picking a new liner wasn't easy for me. There are so many options for colors and prints but the ladies at Holiday Pools were so patient and helpful. Carol, Michele & Jody were wonderful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even brought the swatches out to their display pool so I can see how they look in the water and reflect light. Once I chose a liner the order process was very easy. Unfortunately we were in for a VERY RAINY May & June so installation was delayed but we can't control the weather. The ladies were really great at keeping us informed and when it was time for installation they sent out the best! Holiday pools installed my pool 5 years ago.. Absolutely love it.. the quality is great! No issues! Have always had holiday handle my open and closing as well. Highly recommend!

Holiday Pools have come through once again!!! After 18yrs, I decided to have the liner replaced. Nothing was wrong with it, just faded. No pokes, no leaks!!! Chose a new liner, left a deposit and waited for the product and the crew to arrive. Install was seamless. First day, remove the old liner and install the new one. Start filling with water while vacuums fans pulled air from behind the liner… Day 2, continue to fill just under where the returns, outlets and light assembly sit. Holiday returned and installed brand new cover plates and drain plates throughout the pool…. continue filling. Day 3, time to swim. Thanks Holiday. Truly my go to when it comes to this pool.

Our pool was built by holiday 38 years ago and we have continued to use their services. Not only are they professional in all they do, but to us they have become family. Their service is exceptional .

I don’t know why everything changed with this company. We called left messages and even spoke to them about redoing our pool, fixing our heater and then, closing the pool. They dropped the ball every time. Never returned phone calls for anything even when we canceled our pool closing ( someone else came faster and cheaper). They just showed up today. When I called to ask why the person said “we have phone problems” told us “Good luck to you” They never even came to look at the pool redo job. I just don’t get it. I guess we dodged a bullet.
