I woke up to no heat, the furnace not working. Made one call to Hollands and their tech was at my house in 38 minutes. The gentleman was wonderful, told me to get back under my blanket and went to work. He ran to the shop to get a part, came back, installed it, and I have heat. Thank you Hollands!

Danielle is quick to answer your phone call and the servicemen have always been respectful, polite and courteous when they come into the home. I just thought I would share a very odd experience I had with Holland Heating. In March 2013, I received an estimate for a new furnace. We had planned on replacing the furnace, however, we are now moving. I called them back in November 2013 to repair my furnace. I told them we were moving and didn't want to spend a lot of money. We just need to get it going. I asked when they could come out and the reply I got was they wouldn't be coming at all. I asked why and their response was....ah ah, I am going to just hang up now. I have no idea why they don't want to fix my 23 year old furnace. Maybe, they are just interested in replacing new ones. I didn't know that's how they treat their potential customers. I would never use their services again.
