Hollis Brothers Heating & Air

Called them last Monday for a home AC repair. Website promises fast attentive service. Over a week and a half later and no one has shown up and no one has called to offer a time. Doesn't seem very fast or attentive. I just called them to cancel the ticket and explained why. Receptionist didn't even pretend to apologize. Just said she'd try to find my ticket and cancel it.

These guys have been here 2 times to fix a leaky condensation “drip” pan and it still isn’t fixed. The ceiling is leaking for the 3rd time. Please for the love of God choose another business. Refer to my yelp review for details. I also don’t normally take the time out of my day to review anything online but this business is a no go

During the freeze around Christmas my A/C froze. When it started to heat up for it started leaking through the ceiling into my room. We had them come by and fix. They left nails and insulation all over the floor and didn’t tell us anything. They also didn’t tell us when they left and if they had to come back. Well last night my ceiling started leaking again. They couldn’t fix it the first time and i doubt they can do it a second time.

Great experience! They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our complete install very quickly. I definitely recommend the company!
