I was able to set up an appointment via email to have a new car key cut and programmed. The entire process was very straightforward, including pricing. After shopping around for a new key to get the best deal, I found it with these guys! Super friendly and great service.

Someone broke into my work van and trying to drive it away the broke the ignition . I did call Hollister safe and lock Ed came and fixed same day ; I call around 9:00AM and by noon a was on the road again .

I was locked out of my 2001 old car, battery dead, key fob wouldn’t work to get in, couldn’t pop the hood, key wouldn’t work on car door, no roadside service on 4/22/25, Ed from Hollister Safe & Lock answered my call at 5:15pm, he came right away to my workplace in Hollister, sprayed something into the lock, pushed against it while trying to open with the key, and opened my door! Then he gave my car battery a jump. He said to call his daughter today to pay. Best small town customer service experience ever.

Went on vacation, and my smart lock was disconnected to my house from the wifi when I got back, and i had no other spare keys. Call them, and Ed came by so fast and was able to unlock it through the keyhole without damaging the door itself. He was very professional, and it only took him less than 10 minutes. Some might say it's expensive, but honestly, you have to look at the responsiveness, professionalism, and experience of this man to be able to do his job efficiently and promptly! We were looking for a place to make a few extra keys to the house so we came across Hollister safe and lock they were very quick and very professional and very kind the man behind the counter I didn’t get his name he was a very sweet man and he was very kind to us I highly recommend Hollister safe and lock for your key duplicate needs
