I normally don't write reviews, but I called these people 5 times sent 3 emails for a really big job quote. They never returned my calls or emails. Can't believe this place is still in business with Zero customer concern.

Verry bad management. Bad company slow loading. Slow unloading. Rude customer service. Truck drivers. Be aware that 9 h. Staying here. You been warned. Specially the old men worker as check in out. He is not responsible and the way he talk is like he is. Not. Treading drivers. As. Human. I well never come back here. Even if they are the only company in the industrial. I well drop my cdl. Better then not coming here.

Very bad place for truckers to pick up a load. It’s actually 1875 bldg not 1825. Have been here all day but still no dock . Shipper was on long lunch break then too many trucks arrived at same time . Some are told to drop trailer in order for other truck to get to dock beside. Very tight squeeze to docks. No room for parking. Bad bad place to go. Avoid if you can.

I had a small set of lockers delivered last week. They came with broken base pieces, scratches and dents. I was told "chips in the laminate at the back and sides are unavoidable when shipping". They also never mentioned that I would need to build a base and cut the base pieces for installation. When I reached out to them for help, they simply said there was a note on the drawings that said base by others. It is extremely disappointing since they have a beautiful product. I would recommend looking at other options that have helpful customer service.
