THE RECEPTIONIST WILL LIE AND SAY HES NOT AVAILABLE TO PROLONG ANY KIND OF PROGRESS. Expressed there's particles blowing out of our vents that are hazardous and just says what do you want me to do about it. They damaged my security cameras during installation, requested a technician to come out but was lied to every day. They would say there's a technician coming today, technician never shows up with no courtesy update. From start to finish, this company did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. The installers showed up on time, worked efficiently, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. Everything was installed neatly and works perfectly. Had no choice of who American Home Shield sent for my service and repair call. They told me they were 24hrs and provided emergency services. That was the first lie; they took an additional day on top of when they were supposed to be dispatched. Temperatures were in the hundreds in July after spending one night in hell I called and asked if he could be there the next morning and was told my appointment was for 4:30 pm. Eddie came in with another associate. He was very pleasant and explained what work they were going to do which was to replace the compressor through our home warranty service. He also gave me a tour of what was done and shown me that the AC is running cold again. Definitely done a great job.
