Bart is the absolute best service provider I've had for anything, ever. We moved into a house last summer and have been uncovering well hidden problems ever since. I called Bart for annual servicing last fall and have called him several times since for a failing A/C unit. Initially we suspected a small leak in the compressor. After that failed to solve the problem, we replaced the unit. He was able to replace the unit within 36 hours from the time we determined it needed to be replaced! Each time I've called (twice with the unit not cooling-emergency!) he's responded within an hour or 2, and when requested, been able to stop by same day.
