Holmes Services

We called Holmes Services for a septic tank pump. They have a large building locally, right here in Smithville, Tennessee! The drain backup we were experiencing was not resolved. The plumber we used (that recommended a septic tank pump first) also did not resolve our issue after snaking and then using a camera to supposedly diagnose the issue to the baffle at the septic tank. Holmes came out again and Joe was able to quickly determine no issue with the baffle and that our plugged pipes had resolved themselves sometime after the plumber's camera inspection. We worked with Joe and Manager Matt at Holmes to add a clean out at the side of the house, as well as adding a riser to the septic tank to make access to future maintenance easier for both the septic tank and the plumbing in our home

This whole experience was Absolutely Amazing!!..Everything from clearing a Wooded yard...Cutting a driveway..Clearing debris from a prior deck...To sowing grass and strawing.. My crew worked so hard!...Top Notch!.. And very Prideful with their work!.. And the End results was Perfect!.. Thank You Matt Holmes!...And You are truly Blessed to have such Amazing employees!.... Matt is great his crew that came out done a great job. It’s almost been a year and it’s all still holding up. They graded my yard receded for grass.

If I could provide a higher rating than a 5 star for this company.. I would. The level of communication, customer service, dependability, and work performance was UNBELIEVABLE. Matt (the owner) walked us through every detail of what to expect with our big project and it was over and above our expectations. His team, Juan and Joey were fantastic and made sure that every little detail was perfect. If you are needing help with water diversion around your home. Make sure you bring in the professional and it’s these guys. Highly recommend!!

I guess you'd call this "debris removal" lol. I Had the guys come out and do a check on my septic. Turns out it was a good thing I did. Was right on the cusp of being an issue. They were friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and even let a curious homeowner hang out and watch the process. The $99/year check up paln is must, imo. That'll keep us on top of any issues we may have in the future. They were responsive to general questions before we were paying them money, when we just had questions. Their paid service can only be better. Big recommend.
