My tech was Mr. Carl Randy Simmons. He is the best. Even though he wasn’t feeling well he gave me the utmost attention and courtesy. He took his time and answered my questions and the answers that he wasn’t sure about he called another tech and got clarification. The entire office was nice and great service. I would give them a 10:10. Great customer support. Mr Marion Wayne Holsenback came to inspect my initial broken equipment. I wasn’t home and he talked to my mother and she said he was the nicest and polite man. All of the information I asked him to leave it was written down. Great company.
Holsenback Heating and Air has taken care of our HVAC needs across two homes, and they’ve been outstanding every time. They installed a new unit and ductwork in our Aiken home in 2023, a mini‑split heat pump in our Lexington home in 2025, and most recently a new whole‑house heat pump with all new duct work. Billy and Paul have been involved in each install, and they continue to show the same quality workmanship and positive attitude that make Holsenback such a great company.
