I just had a metal roof installed on my home last week, and a huge crew of workers and trucks came to my house to begin the removal of the shingle roof. I had areas of rot, and knew I would need a lot of plywood replaced. The crew was professional, efficient and friendly. It is a family business. They were careful to put all waste directly into a dump truck instead of pushing it onto the ground. They were careful not to damage my trees. I went on the roof at least 4 times and they were happy to show me the rot they were finding and how they would fix the roof so it would no longer leak. They had a few crew who were continually picking up litter that fell off the roof over the 2 days it took to install the whole roof. About three years ago Holt Professionals put a new roof on our house because the existing roof was about 15 years old and was starting to leek. Thanks to Holt and the new roof they installed my roof now leeks more than ever! My wife called Holt and about a week later they came to our house got up on the roof, looked around and left without saying anything. They must have not liked what they saw??? We have now called Holt about six times to find out what they saw or at least get some sort of response. NOTHING no returned calls nada. If they were worth a toot they would at least CALL.
