It's a long story but the tl;dr version is that I called about the leak the last week of December and it took almost a month of frustration and inconvenience to get it fixed. They made unnecessary visits, were unresponsive, late, and had poor judgment about what to do with my pipes (one of the workers spent a few hours trying to fix a corroded pipe before finally deciding it needed to be replaced with a PVC one - the replacement took about one hour). About two weeks later I received a non-itemized bill for $2700. The owner refused to give me an itemized bill, so I have no idea what I'm actually paying for. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. There were no effort to correct or take accountability for any of the issues. Looking forward to working with a better company next time aroun

Holton did the commercial plumbing install for my wife's business. Quality work all around. We had an issue after the fact with cheaper bezels on a triple sink (not their) and they came out and fixed immediately. Can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Installed new shut-off valve and supply line to toilet. The two servicemen arrived on time, wearing face masks and shoe covers, were very polite, and took care of the problem promptly. When we received the invoice, we felt the bill was very reasonable. We will definitely call Holton Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

I was surprised to see some bad reviews of Holton because they have been nothing but great the several times I've needed them. They were prompt, reliable and very fairly priced. I had one large job that came in $500 under their quote. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were just honest about it and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Also, if you have a sewer problem call them before Rotor Rooter or Rooter Man........so much cheaper and did the job well.

We had a hot water tank leak late on a Sunday evening at our office. I was able to shut off the water at the main to stop to flow and put a call into Holton Plumbing. They were able to come over by 10 am on Monday morning, which was a great help. They removed the tank and put a cap on the leak. I was grateful for their prompt response and the good service I received. It is VERY hard to run an office without having water! I have also used them in the past for our backflow test that is required by the city.
