They we contracted through Vizio and Mana Freight to deliver my new TV. They were very courteous. The TV was in perfect condition. They helped my fiancé unbox it and look it over. I was never under the impression they would wall mount it for me or anything like that. They gave a 4 hour window the day before and then called to say they were 20 minutes out. I have zero complaints.

UPDATE: I had to take them to court to get my things... They were ordered to deliver them, which they did, but they never paid the damages awarded by the court ..By the end, I was just glad to get ny things. I had to store my things with them...When it was time to get it out, I gave them a 2 months notice. 6 months later, I⁸ still do not have any of my things in storage. 2 huge containers full. I have been by with the police, I had an attorney write a letter, and I have just been given 1 excuse after another..... I' m always told they will get me my stuff next week.... Will now be filing lawsuit.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give less than one star I would! Their drivers are unprofessional. I paid for white glove delivery, and they left my furniture at my door, proceeed to cuss at me when I asked them to place my changing table in our nursery, and refused to follow through on the service that I paid for. If you want a company that follows through and provides excellent service this is not the company you should go with.

One of the guys was careless with our TV..putting his fingers all over the screen and he smelled of liquor and had trouble walking and almost fell on our new TV. When asked if the old TV was mounted to the wall and I said yes the agent said ok, the delivery men will take down the TV and put the other one up. Well the guys said they don't get paid to do that or have the time to do that. If my husband wasn't home to take the bracket off and put it on the other TV. I would have been really MAD!!! I am still mad because I have not been told the truth about this whole process all the way from Vizio to the delivery company.UGH!!!

These guys were paid to deliver some patio furniture from Costco, but never called once. They had the furniture for over 2 weeks, would not answer their phone or respond to emails. We called a multitude of times and left voicemails, but they would not call us back. Finally, had to cancel the order from Costco and request a refund. Avoid!!!!!!!!
