We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and the final result is truly beautiful. The craftsmanship from the individual subcontractors was exceptional—each of them took great pride in their work, and it shows in the finished space. However, the process itself was challenging. The project took significantly longer than expected, with frequent delays. At times it felt like our job wasn’t a priority, as workers were often pulled away to complete other projects. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Holtzman. Rob was our salesman and Jayd was our super. The whole team top to bottom was organized, professional, and attentive to our needs. Communicate with them and let them know any concerns and they will make it right. Highly recommended and plan on using them in the future. This is our master bed, bath, and walk in closet. Holtzman really knew their stuff from the very first conversation. This was an out-of-state project for us, building our second home, and they made the whole process so much easier than we expected. With their app, it honestly felt like we were right there on site the entire time. Paul was amazing to work with, and Courtney absolutely crushed the design side. She took our ideas, added her touch, and made everything look even better than we pictured. The owner, Brandon, even checked in with us personally, which made the whole experience feel more like working with family than a company. Definitely a 10/10 recommend from us.

Great experience overall. Rob was our sales rep and he was straight-up from the start. My husband clicked with him right away no BS, no bait and switch, just honest info. The addition looks like it’s always been part of the house, and the bathroom and kitchen came out really nice. Good work, good communication, and we’re really happy with the results.
