I would highly recommend Richard for anybof your plumbing needs. He is incredibly kind and efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Richard replaced our septic pump a little over a year ago and came directly out to take a look today when the alarm went off. It was a quick issue to deal with, but when one knows nothing about plumbing, panic sets on. He filed it as a courtesy call even though we were 4 months past our warranty. He called it a "teaching moment." Richard easily calms any panic you might have about your plumbing situation. When he replace our pump in Oct 2024, he also added a filter to our system and cleaned our tankless water heater system. He also worked on some pipe issues the previous renovation contractor ignored. Hendersonville extended frigid weather left us with a busted pipe. And 2 feet of water. Richard came and made the needed repairs. Save yourself heartache and money. I do not recommend this plumber. My water heater issue was simple and completely fixable with new heating elements and a thermostat. Instead, this plumber tried to upsell me on an unnecessary and outrageous “solution,” quoting nearly $10,000 to replace pipes, the water heater, and other items that were not needed. As a single struggling mother, my heart dropped when I heard the quote, and I started crying uncontrollably. Even worse, I was quoted almost $900 just to replace the heating element and thermostat. I got a second opinion, and another licensed plumber fixed the entire problem correctly for $100. This experience felt dishonest and predatory.
