Had an amazing experience with Homans Associates. Here's what happened. I'm an HVAC contractor in northern New Jersey and I needed an ignition control board for a customer on a Friday afternoon in early March. Lakewood is way too far from Teaneck in Bergen County for us to make a pick up. First, Homan's Dan Ortiz tried to have the part overnighted but called right back to advise that we'd missed the UPS pickup. Then he shared that Shawn Penn was volunteering to bring the board up from Lakewood to Union County where I could pick it up. On Saturday night I drove down from Bergen County and met Shawn on his own time, in Westfield, where he gave the control board to me. As soon as I walked in was greeted by an attitude that showed this guy had no skills in customer service. Rude just wanted to get rid off me and continue to stuff his face, oh well I guess they don’t care about loosing customers.

Great place if your a truck driver and delivering to. Very helpful warehouse staff, quick to unload, and there’s plenty of room to park here or at the company opposite if you need to take your 10 hr break.

Chris and the team I feel work for me. They’re always going out of their way to help. Would recommend Dasco to any HVAC company.
