Ralph (the owner) and TJ (Ops Dir) have always provided white glove customer service to me for both my home and rental properties and I’m grateful. They are there when you need them!

Ralph was great. Came out quickly when I called and gave me an honest assessment of my A/C units without a hard sell on unnecessary repair or replacement. Another company was trying to get me to replace my whole system, which is only 7 years old; glad I got a second opinion from Home Air Defender!

This company has low pricing but you get what you pay for. Sub par quality work and the worst part is horrible customer service after payment, for my install. Good luck trying to get a hold of this company once you pay them. I only found out many of the things Home Air Defender did incorrectly on the installation after my father in law came into town and took a look. I contacted another local HVAC and they agreed with my father in law. I had the other HVAC company rectify the current issue as well as do preventative measures to Fix the installation mistakes, since Home Air Defender never called backed after weeks of trying to contact them.

This company does not pick up the phone once they have your money. The AC worked until it didn't on a new install. The warranty is meaning less when they don't call you back. I had to get a different company to fix their bad install.

My experience with Home Air Defender has been nothing but the best! From scheduling to servicing, the entire team is amazing! I’ve had problems with my AC after hours and on the weekends and each time, they send someone right out and get it taken care of without charging an arm and a leg. And the technicians are very nice and knowledgeable, which is always a plus! I would recommend them to anyone!
