The technician that you sent (Zafar) did not seem knowledgeable about the dishwasher, nor competent in determining/fixing the problem. I showed him what the problem was immediately when he came, and he was argumentative with me whether that was the issue. It turned out that I was correct, but took us an hour of debate. He was careless with his tools in my brand new renovated kitchen; he did not have appropriate tarps for my new porcelain floor, and put his tools on the countertops without regard to scratching. He did not come prepared with appropriate supplies like a flashlight. He was condescending about my questions and lack of knowledge about the dishwasher.
