We had siding repairs scheduled for Saturday between the hours of 10-12. Of course no one ever showed up. My husband called to verify and was told that it may be raining (it was not) so they didn’t know if they could do the job. Then he was told that a contractor came out and no one answered, which is a lie because there’s no one on our camera footage. Also, I’ve been at home waiting for them all morning into afternoon. I called and spoke with Joshua Turner who began yelling at me and telling me that he’s out with his family. Then proceeded to try to explain that his office is closed on the weekends. Todd has done multiple jobs for us. We began a few years ago with changes being made to our kitchen and bathroom. All went well and we were very pleased with that being done with no major problems.
